Snug, Bishop’s Court Farm, 91 High Street, Dorchester-on-Thames, OX10 7HP
Blurring the boundaries between Bill Evans and Claude Debussy, Paul Edis is a natural melodist who finds the emotional resonance of every note. For this special performance he will be joined by his drum-tight trio and legendary saxophonist Alan Barnes to dive into The Still Point Of The Turning World, an achingly beautiful, impressionistic album that wells up from places Wordsworth deemed ‘too deep for tears.’
LINE-UP:
Paul Edis – MD/Piano
Alan Barnes – Saxaphone
Adam King – Double Bass
Joel Barford – Drums
