Back to wow audiences with her voice is Lulu Pierre, accompanied by acclaimed pianist Alex Webb and his inimitable unique style he brings to the repertoire.
Already making waves on the London jazz vocal scene, Lulu Pierre has proved herself to be a classic Torch Song stylist with the sass of Nancy Wilson and the swing of Sarah Vaughan – and a knack for heartbreaking ballads too. Pianist / MD Alex Webb keeps the arrangements fresh and interesting, and the youthful rhythm players (names tbc) bring energy and enthusiasm.
A striking and chic figure on stage, Lulu has a rich mezzo-soprano capable of conveying deep emotion one moment and swinging hard the next, as she moves between jazz classics and some surprising non-jazz repertoire choices. And Lulu is getting noticed:

Seats are not numbered and you will be seated at available tables. Please note tables seat 4 people, so for bookings of less than 4 people, you will be seated and share a table for 4.
For £15.00 Tickets:
This is a fully seated event. Seats are not numbered and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Please note the Jazz Club is situated in the basement of the Duke of Hamilton Pub and access is via a number of stairs. The nearest toilets are situated on the 1st floor of the Pub.
