Following her move to the UK, in 2016 she released her debut album, All My Treasures, with the help of award winning vocalist and producer Ian Shaw and continues to go from strength to strength as a reputable vocalist.
In 2016 Lauren reached the Top 5 Finalists in the Sarah Vaughan International Jazz Vocal Competition. In 2018 curated and performed a collection of Canadian songs for the London Jazz Festival which was heralded “A fascinating and well-researched show” by the LondonJazzNews.
The night will be spent sharing a fascinating collection of well and lesser known Jazz standards. As Lauren says, “there will be songs from the past….but don’t worry, there’s always a heart-wrenching favourite thrown in for good measure!”.
