Hampstead Jazz Club in association with Hampstead Parish Church proudly present a very special Jazzy Christmas evening. With Jo Harrop and Paul Edis featuring a 9 piece band with Alan Barnes, Paul Booth & Gareth Lockrane.

This iconic venue in the heart of Hampstead was consecrated in 1747.

Featuring new arrangements of festive favourites penned by ‘brilliant young pianist’ Paul Edis and performed by some of the leading lights on the UK jazz scene including ‘velvet-voiced’ Jo Harrop.

Jo Harrop and Paul Edis’s much-anticipated album, “When Winter Turns To Spring” – an achingly beautiful jazz journey through the seasons, released on Lateralize Records in December 2022.

Jo Harrop (Vocals)

Jo Harrop has a chocolate and cream croon that can melt the hardest of hearts. Described by the legendary Iggy Pop as “a very fine jazz singer”.

Paul Edis (MD)

‘A brilliant young pianist’ – The Guardian, blurring the boundaries between Bill Evans, Brad Mehldau and Claude Debussy.
