Emilia Martensson

Emilia Martensson, ”A voice of quite remarkable expressive depth” – (JAZZWISE) is an award-winning London based vocalist originally from Sweden. Her gently expressive voice and highly personal compositions are firmly rooted within the folklore and countryside of her native southern Sweden, You can hear her Swedish heritage clearly in the haunting and ethereal tones of her voice, allied with a jazz musician’s effortless sense of timing and expression, it’s enough to make Mårtensson a very special voice indeed.

Emilia has built a well-deserved reputation as one of the most exciting vocalists on the UK Jazz scene and she was awarded  ‘Vocalist of the Year-2016′ at The Parliamentary Jazz Awards. She has led ensembles that have performed worldwide, including major Jazz Festivals such as The Rochester Jazz Festival in New York, Ljubljana Jazz Festival in Slovenia, London Jazz Festival, and Umeå Jazz Festival in Sweden to name a few.

Jamie Safir

Jamie Safir, composer and arranger is a highly respected musician in the world of jazz, pop and musical theatre in the UK. He has worked regularly with Will Young over the years and also performed with the likes of The Brand New Heavies, Olly Murs, Rebecca Ferguson & Steps.

Within the London Jazz Scene, Jamie has an ongoing collaboration with award-winning vocalist Ian Shaw, as well as having worked with Liane Carroll, Natalie Williams, Stan Sulzman, Iain Ballamy, Barb Jungr and the Ronnie Scott’s All Stars.

Please note, The Club is not licensed to allow access to Children under the age of 16 after 9pm, so for evening performances, please do not book tickets for children under the age of 16. Children aged 16 and above are welcome at any time.

For £22.50 Tickets:

Seats are not numbered and you will be seated at available tables. Please note tables seat 4 people, so for bookings of less than 4 people, you will be seated and share a table for 4.

For £17.50 Tickets:

This is a fully seated event.  Seats are not numbered and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
