Internationally acclaimed Brian Clemens joins forces with Francesca Confortini for a sumptuous journey through masterful piano pieces complimented by seamless vocals, live from The Hampstead Jazz Club stage!

BRIAN CLEMENS

Brian Clemens is a London-based jazz pianist, arranger, and bandleader originally from Los Angeles. After earning his Master’s Degree in California and studying under Grammy Award-winning pianist/arranger Bill Cunliffe, Brian established himself in the vibrant Los Angeles music scene. He has headlined at renowned venues such as Herb Albert’s Vibrato Jazz Grill and Campus JAX. Recently, Brian has gained international acclaim, captivating audiences in countries such as The Netherlands and Spain. His latest album, “Live in London Ft. Francesca Confortini,” was recorded in London in the fall of 2023 and is available on all streaming platforms.

Brian Clemens draws inspiration from legendary pianists such as Oscar Peterson, Ray Charles, Billy Joel, and George Shearing. His arranging styles reflect the influence of greats like Billy May and Nelson Riddle.

FRANCESCA CONFORTINI

Italian-born jazz vocalist Francesca Confortini brings her soulful tone to every performance. With a background in musical theatre and international experience as a singer for the likes of Yusuf Islam (Cat Stevens), along with work with gypsy-jazz ensembles Trio Manouche and Gypsy Dynamite as well as her own trio Jazz Silhouettes, she exudes sophistication and warmth in everything she does. A versatile vocalist capable of moving from her neo-jazz originals to interpretation of the American Songbook classics Francesca is without doubt “one to watch”!

Please note, The Club is not licensed to allow access to Children under the age of 16 after 9pm, so for evening performances, please do not book tickets for children under the age of 16. Children aged 16 and above are welcome at any time.

Seats are not numbered and you will be seated at available tables. Please note tables seat 4 people, so for bookings of less than 4 people, you will be seated and share a table for 4.

For £15.00 Tickets:

This is a fully seated event.  Seats are not numbered and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Please NOTE, there is NO food served in the Jazz Club, there is a bar for drinks. We advise booking a table for dinner at the Duke of Hamilton upstairs at least 1hr before show-time – Book Here 

Please note the Jazz Club is situated in the basement of the Duke of Hamilton Pub and access is via a number of stairs. The nearest toilets are situated on the 1st floor of the Pub.
