This is one NOT TO MISS!  Presenting a Mega line-up of esteemed musicians to entertain you with spectacular live music! The Hampstead Jazz Club is thrilled to introduce the sensational talent of DAMIEN FLOOD together with acclaimed saxophonist LEO RICHARDSON & MD and guitar CIYO BROWN!

DAMIEN FLOOD:

Lauded vocalist, pianist and talented songwriter Damien has amassed endless credits to his versatile and acclaimed musical career.

From playing intimate gigs at the legendary Ronnie Scott’s, 606 jazz club with his band, Damien has also played to packed houses at prestigious iconic venues including The Royal Albert Hall ,O2 and The Wembley Arena.  Damien’s vast career and exceptional talent has catapulted him between the tv stage, theatre and live venues across the country.  Some of his plaudits include appearances on Later with Jools Holland, Strictly Come Dancing, The Jonathan Ross and The Graham Norton Show.

As a seasoned pianist and vocalist, Damien has enjoyed an international career including residencies in 5 star locations such as W hotel ( Doha) Rosewood London, Qe2 Hotel Dubai and The Savoy, London. Damien’s success is built on his innate magnetic presence and ability to seduce audiences with his sublime vocals, it is an absolute treat for

LEO RICHARDSON:

Leo Richardson is widely recognised to be one of London’s leading Jazz Tenor Saxophonists. He is best known for his honest, straight-head, contemporary hard-bop style and regularly hosts the Late Late Show at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club with his own quartet.

His most significant influences include John Coltrane, Joe Henderson, Dexter Gordon, Horace Silver and Art Blakey.

The release of Leo’s debut album ‘The Chase’, continues to make waves, alongside his notable performance and recording credits for artists which include: Jamie Callum, Gregory Porter, The BBC Proms, Il Divo and The Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Orchestra.

CIYO BROWN:

Acclaimed master of guitar Ciyo Brown is one of HJC’s most popular and frequent Artists and part of what is now a HJC family of talented resident musicians. Since HJC opened in Nov 2017, Ciyo has presented some of the industry’s most reputable and talented musicians and singers, always delivering a consistent line-up of some of the most celebrated musicians on the live music circuit.

Ciyo’s illustrious musical career celebrates pioneered fusions of jazz and reggae with a successful release of six albums under his own name. The sixth album “Put a little jazz in their lives” expertly unites the beautiful complexity of jazz with the subtle rhythmic undertones of reggae.

Serving of Alcohol in the Jazz Club will follow current Gov. Guidelines for Tier-2 in London. The club will offer a Jazz Club food menu for those wishing to be served alcohol with food.

Please note, The Venue is not licensed to allow access to Children under the age of 16 after 9pm, so children will have to leave at the end of the evening performance.
