JORDAN JACKSON

Jordan Jackson is an international critically acclaimed singer, pianist and songwriter from London, now based in Copenhagen.

Since moving to Denmark in 2017, she has been touring with Son Little (US), performed with prolific jazz pianist Niels Lan Doky, opened for Incognito, The Sugar Hill Gang, Glorya Gaynor and Omar, and has had several sold out shows in the Copenhagen Jazz Festival. She appeared as a guest on DK4’s show, Dansk Pop, and has played at prestigious venues such as London’s Ronnie Scott’s Bar and The Jazz Café.

Her music releases have been recommended several times by Karriere Kanonen, including her debut EP, ‘Footprints’, which appeared on UK’s BBC Radio. The EP was distributed both online and with physical CD sales at concerts in Denmark, Germany, Estonia, and UK.

Her recent highlights have been performing at Jazzhus Montmartre for their “upcoming” series and her debut show at London’s internationally acclaimed live music venue Pizza Express Live, during the London Jazz Festival.

Currently finishing her new debut album, due to be released later this year. Jordan is definitely one to watch out for.

“She reminds me of Corinne Bailey Rae, Amy Winehouse and Erykah Badu in one. Her music is poetic, full of Soul/Jazz references – Jordan Jackson is a great singer and composer!” Copenhagen Jazz Festival

“Fantastic voice, good music and the artist self, presents an attitude that spreads joy, empathy, wellbeing and love.” Low-Fi Concerts
