After their previous two concept-based releases, the trio returns to its roots with a release entirely of original compositions from the pen of award-winning composer/pianist David Gordon.
‘Pachyderm‘ contains a heady mixture of innovation, deep understanding of musical traditions, spontaneous wit, rich melodic language and deep grooves, which ensures a musical result that couldn’t be mistaken for any other trio working in the jazz world today.
